People will throw their ideas and opinions on the table and the sad part is no one will win. But my question is can we make condo unit affordable? I want to look closely at “inexpensive”. Affordable means inexpensive. Yes, we can say that condominium is expensive. It may cost up to millions and we can’t do anything about it. The condo price is fixed. We will need to pay fixed rates and other fees every month for it.
